So, you purchased the customised treatment plan and noticed that you’ve been prescribed medicines. What is the next step? 

Once you’ve purchased the treatment plan and if there are medicines prescribed to you, you can start by going to your patient dashboard. The patient’s dashboard is a one stop destination for all your Allo Health needs and requirements. 

  • To ensure the timely and successful delivery of medicines, you will be required to fill your delivery address as soon as possible. You can do this by clicking on ‘Add address’ under the ‘Your medications’ prompt. 
  • Your delivery address will require your name, mobile number, email and your desired delivery address complete with locality, city/district, city, state and pincode. 
  • Double check to ensure you’ve entered the right information. 
  • If you’ve filled in the correct address and information, you can go ahead and click on ‘save this address’

It is only natural to make an error when entering details on your phone screen. It is also okay to change your mind about where you want your medicines to be delivered. 

  • To change or update your delivery address, you may go to the ‘edit address’ option on your patient dashboard and do so. 
  • However, note that you may only edit or request to edit your address before the dispatch of medicines. 
  • If you require any further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact your Allo buddy on the website or via WhatsApp on 8045684567. 

Now that you’ve successfully entered your address, Allo Health’s team will dispatch the medicines to your desired delivery location and a tracking link will be generated for the same. The tracking link will be forwarded to you by Allo Health via WhatsApp (8045684567) so you know the status of the delivery and when to expect them at your doorstep. 

As a sexual wellness company in India, we understand the numerous taboos and the stigma surrounding sexual health. This may make you unsure about receiving packages from us. Taking this into consideration, we ensure that our packages are as discreet as it can get. How do we do this?

  • Our medicine packages come in a standard, brown package. 
  • The package has no labelling i.e. ‘Allo Health’ or any of its branding details are not present on the package. 
  • The package will only have details of your name and address on it. 

Post successful delivery of the medicines, you will be notified of the same on your WhatsApp (8045684567)

How Does Allo Health Deliver My Medicines?

Allo Health makes sure you receive your package in the best condition. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong/damaged medicine, you can do the following:

  • Contact your Allo buddy through WhatsApp and inform them about the issue (wrong medicine/ damaged medicine)
  • Your Allo buddy will cross check the information for you and a re-dispatch will be scheduled accordingly. 

Now, let’s say you had an urgent meeting or an errand to run, or you simply weren’t home to receive the package. What happens then?

  • In case of a failed delivery, Allo Health will re-dispatch the medicine because we believe in privacy, and the package will be handed only to you. 
  • After three failed deliveries, you may request your Allo buddy for a re-dispatch or you may need to place a new order.
