Dr. Niva Jacob holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Government Medical College, Kottayam and a DNB in Psychiatry from Spandana Nursing Home, Bangalore. She has certifications in Neurology from the Boston University School of Medicine, in Sexual Health Assessment and Management of Disorders from the Urological Society of India and was duly trained in sexual medicine by Dr. Sandip Deshpande (17+ years experience in sexual medicine). She is currently a sexual health expert at Allo Health, India's first dedicated sexual health clinic. Her areas of expertise include Couple's Sex Problems, Relationship Issues, Ejaculation Issues, Erection Issues, Painful Sex, Vaginismus and other sexual health concerns. Dr. Niva has published multiple academic papers for leading journals in psychiatry. She also holds a certification in Clinical Psychology from Medvarsity. She is queer affirmative in her practice and finds it of utmost importance to create a safe environment for honest sharing with her patients.
