‘Buy Care Plan’
When you land on our website, you will find accurate and well-researched information on many common sexual disorders. On clicking one, you will not only be able to see snippets of information but also have the opportunity to buy the care plan for that condition. You will be quickly redirected to 5 screening questions that will help us take you forward on your sexual wellness journey with us.
You will also have the option to click the ‘Call’ button to speak to a Care Expert should you have any queries or doubts before payment. You will then be directed to book a consultation slot that is convenient for you and you will be shown a confirmation page. You will also receive an email from Calendly confirming your slot booking and payment.

Should you choose to speak to a doctor or care expert before committing to anything, we have the best options available for you. On our website, you have the option of choosing either of the above by clicking on the ‘Consult Now’ button. You will be prompted with two choices:

Chat with an EXPERT
If you choose this option, you are prompted to answer a short set of screening questions that are authenticated by an OTP. The questionnaire aims to learn more about your concerns, so our team can guide you in the right direction. Post questionnaire submission, you will be presented with a ‘Talk Now’ button which will connect you to our Care Expert team. In all questionnaires, you will have a free field to let your Care Expert or doctor know anything you’d like them to.
DOCTOR’S Appointment
If you choose this option, you are prompted to answer a short set of screening questions that are authenticated by an OTP. Post questionnaire submission, you will be directed to book a consultation slot that is convenient for you at Rs. 199 and you will be shown a confirmation page. On the confirmation page, you will have the option to fill out a 2-minute assessment form that will help us assign the right doctor for your case. Should you choose to fill out the assessment form, you will be emailed (on the email you provided on your questionnaire) your assessment form report.
‘Take Free Assessment’
When you land on our website, you also have the option of directly taking an assessment form. You will then be prompted to answer a short set of screening questions that are authenticated by an OTP. You will then be directed to our 2-minute assessment form that will help us assign the right doctor for your case. Post your assessment submission, you will have the option to either:

Day of First Consultation
On the day of your consultation, one of Allo’s Care Experts assigned to you will guide you through the initial process. You will receive an email or a WhatsApp message (depending on what you provided to us during your login process), which will have the details of your first consultation.
- Your doctor’s name and credentials - our team of doctors specialise in the spectrum of sexual wellness, including modern medicine, psychosexual therapy, and surgical intervention.
- Your consultation details: Meeting date, time slot, and link
Minutes Before First Consultation
10-15 minutes before your first consultation begins, you will receive an email or a WhatsApp message (depending on what you provided to us during your login process), which will have instructions that will ensure your consultation goes smoothly and that you are well prepared.
You will also receive a briefing call from your Care Expert who will explain the process to you as well. They will confirm that you’ve received your accurate consultation details. At this time, you can choose to send any previous medical history reports to your Care representative who will make sure your doctor receives them. Furthermore, should you choose to reschedule your consultation, you can inform the Care Expert at this time who will guide you through the rescheduling process.
The consultation will be a 5 to 15 minutes video/ audio call - based on your convenience. You will be informed that after the consultation, the doctor will determine a personalised Allo Care Plan for you. On purchasing the Care Plan, you will get the following benefits:
- A buddy assigned to you for continuous support and queries
- Free follow-up consultation as per the date decided by the doctor
- 20% on your prescribed medications and free medicine home delivery

Doctors Are Prepared For Consultation
Our team tirelessly ensures that all the details provided by you through the Assessment Form or previous medical reports are sent to the doctor assigned to you. This helps in relieving anxiety or insecurity that some may feel during their first consultation. This allows the doctor to interact with you on a much more relatable level putting your needs and queries first as they already have the medically accurate or relevant details that you provided which they would need to help treat your concerns.
Your Care Plan
Within an hour after your first consultation with us, you will receive your Allo Care Plan determined by your doctor. This will be sent to you via email or a WhatsApp message (depending on what you provided to us during your login process).
Your Care Expert will also provide you with a link to purchase your customised Care Plan. To help you understand more about it, your Care Expert will reach out to you via a call as well. However, you can chat with your Care Expert at any time, or book a slot with them for a voice/ video call to understand your Care Plan and the benefits of purchasing your treatment plan.
Furthermore, you will also be provided with your follow-up consultation date as determined by your doctor. After you purchase your Care Plan with us, Allo ensures that you're guided through your complete treatment journey and are provided all your medications on time.
